- Max: 4 per motel room, 6 per cottage.
- Overcapacity = removal without reimbursement.

- No visitors allowed on property.
- One car per room rental is preferred.
π Quiet Hours
- 11:00 PM β 7:00 AM (as per local by-law).
ππΎ Smoking & Pets
- No smoking in rooms/cottages.
- Smoking only in designated areas.
- No pets allowed on the property.
π³π₯ Cooking & BBQ
- No cooking in motel rooms (fire code).
- BBQ stations available until 9:00 PM.
πββοΈποΈ Amenities & Pool
- Amenities for registered motel guests only.
- The pool is open at managementβs discretion. Pool availability depends on weather and safe conditions.
- Pool is unsupervised β swim at your own risk.
πβ οΈ Age & Conduct
- Renters must be 24+ years old.
- Disrespectful behavior/property damage = removal without refund.
π§Ήπ³ Damages and Breakages
- You break it, you buy it. Guests cover repair/replacement costs.
π§³ποΈ Cottage Rentals β What to Bring
- Bring your own:
- Sheets (double beds & pull-outs)
- Dishcloths
- All towels (bath, hand, beach)
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.)
βοΈπ Summer Season Booking Policy
- 2-night minimum stay required.
- 1-night stays = $25 cleaning fee and must be confirmed by phone with the manager before booking.
ποΈποΈ June Weekend Bookings
- From June 13th onward, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all weekend bookings in June.
- If you want to book just 1 night on a June weekend, a $25 cleaning fee will apply.

- Check-Out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may incur a fee)
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM β 7:00 AM (Please respect fellow guests)
- Guest Limit: Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests must be approved.
π³ Booking & Cancellation
- Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.
- Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the first nightβs stay.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to check in without prior notice will result in a full charge.
- Early Departure: No refunds for early departures.
π Smoking & Pets
- Smoking: All rooms and cottages are non-smoking. A cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.
- Designated Smoking Areas: Please use outdoor smoking areas.
- Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time.
π Parking & Property Use
- Free Parking: Available for registered guests only.
- BBQ & Firepit Use: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pool Use: Open from 8:00 AM β 9:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty β swim at your own risk.
- Damages & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage to property or missing items. Charges may apply.
πΆ Amenities & Housekeeping
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary for all guests.
- Housekeeping: Light housekeeping is provided for extended stays.
- Towels & Linens: Fresh towels are available upon request.

- Firepits & BBQs: Use responsibly; never leave unattended.
- Alcohol: Permitted in private accommodations only.
- Disruptive Behavior: We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund if they disturb others.
